i will finally and excitedly open a store front,
SWEET REVOLUTION will be small and perfect, we will serve drinking chocolate, sell boxes of my chocolate confections and i will provide all of my favorite bean to bar chocolates for retail as well
teaming up with my fabulous designer/partner we will sell the appropriate revolution attire you will need while you are changing the world

so i’m going to start posting my recipes please i ask that you use them but don’t repost themmy first one today:
strawberry/jalapeno/chocolate salad
salad:
1 bunch of spinach
1 jalapeno – seeded & sliced thin
pint strawberries – cut into segments
nice robust parmesan cheese – shredded in microplane
candied almonds - chopped – really easy – take handful of almonds, place into saute pan, toast till fragrant, turn heat down low, add 2 handfulls of sugar, stir w/ wooden spoon for 1 min, take off heat continue to stir, let cool
dressing:
oilve oil – 2 T
honey – 2t – not too floral, but earthy flavor
balsamic – 3 T – i use a wonderful reduction that has a strong oakĀ & slightly fermented flavor
black pepper – 1/2 t – freshly cracked – as always
sea salt – to taste
blend, then toss w/ spinach, strawberries, jalapenos
top w/ cheese then for the best part
microplane chocolate
i use: claudio corollo 100%
this chocolate is from soa tome of the coast of africa, he hand batches it, the most remarkable chocolate on the market today
